I too placed an order for kurti but have received a cheap quality salwar suit piece.
I haven't received any mail or text against my booking. The day of delivery on dt.06.12.17, have received one text that my order at kiteshop is out for delivery. Being a wrong receivee i tried to contact them but found no details there. Even the mail id mentioned in invoice is incorrect.
I googled it to know how to replace or return the same, but found this site and came to know its a fraud company. So many people like me got this link from facebook news feed and purchased.
Please do something about this matter. Some people are using customer attention by putting wrong information and making them fool. And the biggest mistry is you do not find any link for searching a replacement. Was this information helpful? |
