Kiteshop/queen Get Fashion — wrong order with worst material fraud website

I order two kurtis but they sent something else totally different. Now there customer service number is not working and courier team is not collecting that material back stating i have to raise then the other person will come and collect it. Its my mistake i didn't cross with customer care number. I can see it is in two different name as i placed order in whenever shopping however it got delivered from kiteshop.
