I ordered stm32 arm development board having online prize rs.1761, for which they cost me rs.2196, they didn't even mailed the bill of it, and when i asked them about the tracking id and the bill, then they replied me that the prize have been increased by rs.300 and i have to pay it, then they will delivery it to me after 3 weeks. So i declined and ask for refund still they have not refund me, every time when i inquire about it they say the money will be refund in 2 to 3 working days but no refund.
