Kits'n'spares — Status of my Invoice # KNS38350

I want to know the status of my Invoice number KNS38350. I can not track the order online. I get "Your Order ID does not match our records. Please enter correct Order ID" error in Track Order tab in the Website, when I used Invoice Number "KNS38350" (mentioned in my mail) as well as "ele38350" (mentioned in the Invoice Details web link in the same mail). Let me know the Order Number (if any) or resolve the issue.
