Booked Flat in KLJ HEIGHT project in Bahadurgarh of KLJ developers in year 2008. It has been nearly 8 years from the date of booking. Now, upon completion of the project they have sent letter for unjustified demands before possession. 1) I have booked a flat of 1250 square feet super area. Now after 8 year in their final demand letter they again increased the area for the flat to 1338 square feet. 2) They have also demanded other unjustified demands i, e. Work Contract Tax in form of VAT, Cost Escalation charges, 12 months maintenance in advance and many more.3)Till date no road connectivity with the project with National or State Highway.4) In RTI Application I found some showing fact.5)They demanded extra amount for allotment of a car parking space .
