KLJ Developers Private Limited Complaints & Reviews

I purchased a office unit in NoidaOne building in Sector 62 Noida in 2018. Even after 4 years our registry is not completed because of wrong document given by KLJ Developers Private Limited. Now they are threatening to cancel the unit

Additionally KLJ Developers Private Limited is looting unit holder in the form of exaggerated electricity and maintenance bill. Charging more than Rs. 4000 per month just as fixed cost.

I would recommend not to do any business with KLJ Developers Private Limited based on my experience.

We have already pay month by month electricity bill but why should you not update in your tally, and call me why you are not pay bill.

We booked a flat with KLJ Developers Private Limited under their KLJ Greens Project in sector -77, Faridabad, Flat No. 101, 1st floor, Tower A9, Customer ID – FBD77-0975 because of some unavoidable conditions we are going through we requested for the cancellation of the booking and refund of money but there is no response from the side of KLJ after several reminders on mail and phone calls. On phone calls either they are not receiving or they answer that they are going to respond later but up to now there is no response.
We are in urgent need of the refund and as per the agreement we are supposed to get the refund in 120 days from the day of cancellation request.

Booked Flat in KLJ HEIGHT project in Bahadurgarh of KLJ developers in year 2008. It has been nearly 8 years from the date of booking. Now, upon completion of the project they have sent letter for unjustified demands before possession. 1) I have booked a flat of 1250 square feet super area. Now after 8 year in their final demand letter they again increased the area for the flat to 1338 square feet. 2) They have also demanded other unjustified demands i, e. Work Contract Tax in form of VAT, Cost Escalation charges, 12 months maintenance in advance and many more.3)Till date no road connectivity with the project with National or State Highway.4) In RTI Application I found some showing fact.5)They demanded extra amount for allotment of a car parking space . Actually according to Supreme Court ruling the Builder can not Sell the area of Car Parking

Dear Customers of KLJ Greens project Sec 77, faridabad. I have been associated with this project from the day it started. The Developer has No interest in handing over the project to the rightful owners in time, just recently in October 2013, the developer has terminated the finishing works of their Towers in pocket B. The whole management is under leadership trouble and lawlessness rules their officers incharge of project. My advice to the innocent families is get together and protest for your rights.
