I have ordered "kd 1.39 inch amoled screen bluetooth 4.0 android 5.1 os mtk6580 quad core 1.3ghz waterproof smart bracelet watch" and the quality of the product is pathetic and i have raised a request in their website to return the product and i got a mail confirmation (Automated) from the team stating that i will get some response on 26th on the return policy. I haven't received any response yet.

Tried contacting the number:[protected] it rings and no one picks or it doesn't even ring and call gets disconnected.
Not sure how else can i contact them to return this product and get my refund.
