I have ordered "kd 1.39 inch amoled screen bluetooth 4.0 android 5.1 os mtk6580 quad core 1.3ghz waterproof smart bracelet watch" and the quality of the product is pathetic and i have raised a request in their website to return the product and i got a mail confirmation (Automated) from the team stating that i will get some response on 26th on the return policy. I haven't received any response yet.

I ordered the product kd 1.39 inch smart bracelet watch through online with order id[protected] and they sent dead and old product. After prescribed charging watch is not working. Refund policy is very pathetic and no response. Watch shown as per facebook, not deliver the same and packing was too bad. There is no customer care and no contact information...

Ordered a kingwear kw 88 smartwatch whose ad was shown to me in instagram on 16th nov, 2017 and the cost was shown 2266 inr. I though thats cool, lets go for it. I checked youtube and found the watch reviewers with 4 of 5 stars. So, i proceeded to order. I was asked to enter billing and shipping information and also an account on knockoffdeals. After completing, they shown the shipping charge that was 99 inr and the mode of payment was cash...

I got the wrong product that i orderd, they cheated me, also the contact details are wrong so can't contact with them,,

The product they mentioned on website is no where near to the delivered product. They have send a fake chinese watch worth 500rs and have charged 3000rs for it. Have submitted multiple emails asking for return and refund but got no response
They should be banded for such fraud. Please help to get this resolved
This is leading to misconception about all e-commerce websites are fraud...
