Cheque given on 20/07/17 with the name of knowlarity communication pvt ltd of amount inr 47000/- and didn't delivered service neither they are refunding lots of email is going on. Everytime they give me another day. I am not sure if they people spam giving themselves a review on google or what. So disappointing. Even there country manager is not able to getting me refund. Don't understand the system they have. We never availed the services and from last couple of month i am chasing the sales manager, senior management and everyone possible to get our refund. But no one is precisely giving me a date on which we will get our refund. I have all there emails and everything handy. All i need is my refund that's all.

In case of automatic click to call knowlarity will provide you the click to call api and you need to hit the api when your customer will visit your website. Now as per your convenience you can hit the api through your website or through the lead squared panel.
For both the cases knowlarity will provide you the click to call api document and your developer need to integrate it with your website or the lead squared developer will integrate it with the lead squared panel.
