False company 3rd class service...

Cheque given on 20/07/17 with the name of knowlarity communication pvt ltd of amount inr 47000/- and didn't delivered service neither they are refunding lots of email is going on. Everytime they give me another day. I am not sure if they people spam giving themselves a review on google or what. So disappointing. Even there country manager is not able to getting me refund. Don't understand the system they have. We never availed the services...
