Knowlarity Communications Pvt. Ltd. — Review about service from Knowlarity communications

Our organization wanted to setup a Cloud telephony solution and contacted a few vendors in this market, and Knowlarity was one among them. The initial Sales folks who contacted spoke well, and convinced us they are the folks to go with. We went with them in-spite of the apprehensions and negative reviews and feedback we saw about them online. We have Swiggy, we have this customer and that customer, Sales guys did their pitch well.

Once we made the payment, this was a totally different ball game.
I have never seen such irresponsible and unprofessional people in my entire career. Forget about being uncanny and rude, your work will not be attended even after weeks and weeks of wait. What we end up losing is huge amount of business time and your objective is not met. Just loose talk.

They are so dominant after the payment is made, as a customer you feel helpless and have to continue with them regardless, since we have already paid them.

Whatever we say, they have a convincing counter argument, and nothing works.
