OLX iPhone seller : shahid khan

i have purchased a second hand iPhone 13 pro Max from OLX on EMI, first they told me you have to pay 30%(15600) then they will dispatch my phone and left amount will be on EMI,
I replied okay and i paid that amount(15600).

in their policy they have written that once you will pay 30%(15600) you will get phone within 24 hour but i didn't get that Phone till 3 day's.

Then i tried to reach they were not attending my calls on time, .

After That he told me that he will give iPhone 13 pro Max in 28000 but you have to pay first.

Here i already have paid amount 15600 so i was afraid to lose money.. that's why i have to pay as he said. I beg him that I'll pay left amount once I'll receive my phone, but he threat me that he will stop shipping of my phone.

He bash my brain, and i became a fool i paid him 28, 400 thousands by GPAY

After 9 day's i have got a phone, when I was unboxing, i was really very happy but after that I've seen that Phone has no waight so I went to iPhone shop near me and checked up, then they told me this phone is local or dummy. furthermore along with that Phone i did not get any charger cable and Bill and, as per his policy not get apple Bluetooth and power bank.

I told him(olx iPhone sellle) to refund, he replied to me wait 14 day's.

And he again asking for money for his personal use on diwali.

Why people do this. This is complete fraud you should take a strong action, yeah i have some voice recording that he sents to me.
While purchasing. You know even he has Given me fake tracking I'd which i will attach and invoice that he had sent on WhatsApp.

I have all evidence and that clone phone as well.

One more thing i also voice recording in which he threat for stop shipping.
And jisme unhone yah kaha tha ki wo iPhone 13 pro Max 28000 thousands me karba denge and invoice bhi dya tha..
