[Resolved] Knowledge Stream — Defaulting on salary payment | |||
This company is a serial defaulter, when it comes to the payment of salaries. I was hired on the 15th of February. No formal job offer was made. I signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Contract of Employment and handed to HR the copies of my professional and educational certificates/letters/photos etc.. After two weeks, citing new skills requirements, the company terminated my salary and offered an unpaid internship. As I have considerable experience in the same field, I rejected the offer. The company has not paid my 2 weeks' salary, even though I quit the company a month ago. The disgusting part is that this is the case with many other staff as well. The company hires freshers for tele-calling, marketing, data processing jobs promising salaries in the 10,000-15,000 range. However, the payment of salaries is the least of the company's concerns. The HR, Accountant indulge in procrastination, while the MD argues that the employee has no right to demand his salary. I strongly urge fellow candidates to beware such companies that take employees for a ride. Many exasperated employees of KS have left without concern of salary dues being cleared, some have threatened police complaints against the employer. Very true there are hundreds out there who have lost their salary and vendor outstanding. the Menons who run this company only know how to create climsy reasons why not to pay.

I am completely astonished reading the comments given by certain disgruntled ex-employees. I am not sure if they have ever worked in Knowledge Stream.Their comments and views have no bearing with actual facts. For those who have read their comments, please note: their views is completely false and for your information these so called ex-staffers, services have either been terminated for non-performance or have absconded from their duties.
I Hope the Management will take necessary action through the cyber crime department of the Police and book these ex-staffers for defamation. I would like to set the records straight regarding salaries. I have been with this company for over two years and as of date all salaries have come to me on time. I would recommend all my friends to join this company as I see a tremendous growth and opportunity here.

You have been terminated for indiscipline and for your non-performance. You have absconded from your work without having the decency of informing the company. If this is your attitude you deserve no employment from any company.

HR, Accounts, sales/lead generaion, housekeeping, parking all taken care by one person Krishnan Menon. He is very very unprofessional, fraud and cheater.
Never paid salary on time, uses very bad words for employees.
In spite of following his organizations HR & other policies, humble follow ups over mail and calls for my full and final settlement, I have not got any positive revert from him, rather he used abusive language with me which is highly unprofessional & cheap.
Also never-ending stream of excuses made by Krishnan Menon.
Please think 1000 time before working for/with him.

Knowlege Stream is run by rich owners who are making a fool of poor hard working people. they never keep their promises to pay. i have lost 1.60 lacs in doing work for them and never paid
