My experience at this co-working space was disappointing because many basic facilities were not maintained properly. I expected a professional workspace, but I faced several issues during my time here.
Main issues I noticed:
Frequent electricity cuts that interrupted work.
Poor power backup during outages.
Washrooms were not cleaned regularly.
Bad smell in the washroom most of the time.
Wi-Fi connection was unstable and disconnected frequently.
Chairs were uncomfortable for long working hours.
Common areas were not cleaned properly.
Office maintenance was below expectations.
Noise levels were high, making it difficult to focus.
Staff response to maintenance complaints was slow.
A co-working space should provide a clean, comfortable, and reliable working environment, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope the management pays more attention to basic maintenance and hygiene instead of only focusing on attracting new customers.
