Dear sir,

Stray dogs have become more prevalent in recent times in and around this neighbourhood, including karnam gari centre m, gpt college, sarada devi temple area etc. There isn't a single area that is free of these stray dogs, at their best they are causing a whole new level of nuisance and at their worse are causing road accidents on the streets.

Cows and cattle are another major concern that has been completely neglected, they are causing traffic congestion in the whole town and people having to drive around them to avoid running into them, there by risking themselves with unexpected turns is some thing that should be given a serious thought.

I urge you to take prompt action and help get rid of this menace that is overwhelming the town causing a serious degradation in quality of living.

    This company is full of frauds. There is one Chanchal Dhiren who recruits vendors for freelance work. There is no low level documentation or high level documents that are created for the project. They recruited me as an Instructional design vendor. Then the HR recruitment head only was the contact point of sending and receiving documents. They simply copy paste wikipedia and then tell the instructional designer to finalise the document without plagiarism. It is not the ID review that happens ...it is the rewrite that happens plus they will not even provide any scope document for the chapter...LLLD and HLD ..I think they do not know what these terms are. It completely depends on the ID reviewer to write what he feels like writing. When the book was half way through they again sent all the previous chapters for formatting etc and sent them to the client. After that no chapter came...even after asking again and again...the contract says that once the book is accepted by the client..then the payment will happen. So if they will get only half the book done...they legally the person cannot do anything. In the meantime they sent me another book and it was a rewrite. They told me that it is for a different client so I have to rewrite. Brajesh told me that he would like to see one sample chapter done and told me that he will double the amount they were paying for the previous book. Then he asked me to work on the third book...on chapter...but the chapters of the first book did not come...that sounded wierd to me as from two months I was working on four different books and the first book chapters did not come...When I said I will not work on these books first send me the first book chapters to be completed...you ask for money and they will stop answering your mails and phone calls. First Chanchal Dhiren goes out of contact...then after sometime Brajesh pathak says he is leaving the organization...the new ones do not respond. This type of behaviour at different levels in an organization can only happen when they collectively are party to fraudulent behaviour. The mistake I made was that when I received the first email from this company...I should have search on the Internet for reputation.

      Kogent Publication is big fraud company ,dont ever trust this company,
      ask people to work anything and later on refuse to pay the money.
      there is one fraud Brajesh Kumar ([protected] ) who called himself as a manager
      ask people to write on new technology and when time comes for payment don't care to pick the phone.it is genuine feedback please dont ignore this feedback before any association with this company.

        Sir,

        I have worked with this company for 1.5 months,where they have done some agreement, which shows that before leaving the company i have to give notice with the period of one month in advance that i am leaving after one month, otherwise i have to pay one month salary to them. I joined them at 21st Oct,and at 30th Nov i got letter from one of the PSU Bank that i got selected for the post of clerical grade. After getting this letter i informed my company that i m leaving after one month(at 1st january 2009), and i informed them at 1st December. I worked that whole day and at the evening of 1st December they suddenly call me to tell that they are neither continuing me for one month nor giving my last month salary. Tell me, is it right? i have fulfilled all my responsibilities. I have followed the agreement and what i got, i completely lost my 31 days salary. Don't you think this is a kind of employee exploitation. That haven't been done only with me, they are doing it with all who left the company. I want to take some action so that no other employee would have been harassed again at the name of agreement.

        I know.. Kogent is a company run by a crazy woman..and her team of stupid , there is one fraud called Brajesh Pathak ([protected])... They just cheat people and their money and then celebrate each time they have fooled somebody.. They just copy all foreign books and change the formatting and sell it as their own books.. when they will get caught, it will be such a happy day for all those who have been cheated by them!!!

        i have been interviewed by this company for the post for instructional designer.. Pls suggest me whether this is good company to work for or not..
        No, it is not a good company to work. They will hire you for two or three months, make you work like a donkey the whole day and then kick you out. They will extract the maximum out of you for small salary.
        The documentation manager is not a good man who sits upon your head like a tyrant.They make their
        own rules and some girls would be there to dictate you and make your life a hell.

        They are absolute cheaters. They will be very humble and polite in the demeanour when they want to get some work done. Once they have got what they wanted, they will kick you in the . I worked as a freelancer for them. They owed me a total of Rs 1 lakh for a management project. First of all, they made my payment 4 months late and that too when I constantly pestered them, Secondly, they deployed unfair means and slashed my payment by half.

        They are bloody fraud people who are expert at forgery. As mentioned by other people too, Brajesh Pathak is such a fraud guy. He makes a huge buck out of freelancers' work and pay them meagerly. I have suffered a loss of Rs 50, 000. Please think twice before working with these bunch of goons.
        I've worked in this Ganduuu company and these are my views about it.

        1. Worst management: The HR of the company is the Fakest person I've ever met. She only remains sweet so long as you are licking their feet. If you raise voice for the right thing, the HR conspires with your team leader and project manager to kick you out of the office.
        2. Illiterate and unskilled Team leaders: I was placed in the so called "IT Team" where i had a big by the name of Yogendra Gupta and a by the name of Farheen Rehman as my team leaders. They both put negativity in the mind of the project manager everyday, since they're always jealous of young individuals due to the qualities they don't possess.
        3. Dumb project manager: The project manager manish srivastava is the biggest in the world. He believed only in the sayings o[censored]neducated team leaders because they were his pet dogs. Never appreciated new joinees' hardwork and talent and always went by what those M*F* said.
        4. Nasty CEO: Not only she was a true , but also she acted like one always. No etiquette. Would treat employees like servants and use the language always. Fugly Arti Pandey!

        And Yeah, the so called team leaders are the most unskilled people that you can meet. Especially, that son of a Yogendra always taking on you personally. He didn't even know how to write a single sentence in English properly. And guess what! he was managing technical writers in that pond. Also, that cum [censored] Farheen Rehman spent her entire time in the room of the project manager, who obliged her without any hassle always.

        Not only bloody fraudsters but Kogent is nothing than a cheap brothel.

        Advice to All/ CEO : Start respecting hardworking individuals who make your job easier.

        Advice to:

        HR: Try to acquire that fake smile in reality. Stop playing mind games like always. Learn how to become a human being U !
        Project Manager: Don't be a pimp and start calling guys into your rooms instead of girls only. Also, don't just sit and listen to songs. Learn to work also U Mother !
        Team Leaders: Both are irreplaceable pieces of garbage. They are born to be . Get some education and learn the true meaning of team leading. It's different from man handling you punk !
        CEO: She should be ashamed to call herself a woman really. She's a true example of a frustrated [censored] who's surpasses every [censored] in the world. Saali Kutiya Kahi ki!
