We bought ION PH water purifier from Surekha Forbes, but past 3 week TDS is Very low and comlaining from past two week

but they say sending engineer next day but no one is turning up...

I served my notice period as they say and after that they told me that need 45 days to settle all the salary and they will provide my experience and reliving letter.
