Sir, I got admission in smartphone repairing course in kohinoor technical institute in malegaon branch.
After few weeks I changed my course frome 'smartphone repairing' to 'certificate course in computer operating' after sometime there was lockdown and in lockdown all the school and colleges were closed but they conducted online lectures even KTI also conductrd online lectures but they did not teach me online while they had taken all compleet fees from me.
I requrst you sir that please give me my compleete fees which was arund Rs.5500/- and when I call them so their no. Was off no one pickup my call and when I visited lot of time their institue so it was closed so many times I have visited, but it was closed.
Now I dont want to study there, I only want my money refund please return my all fees. Thank you.

Im student from boisar branch and i take admission in ac refrigeration course but after the several months lecture are not conducted properly practicals are nil am not able to learn anything from your institution. Just paying the fees because get into your trap. If fees is late by one day they charges the fine of 500. Your appointed teacher are just busy on mobiles they say to us that i will cut your marks in exams if you argue with me and...

Pan card not received
Dear sir

I had applied for new pan card. Pan application coupon number is u - g[protected] but till date i have not received my pan card. Whereas online status is showing your application is processed successfully pan [ ckepa9492c ] is allotted.

Please look into the matter as i required my pan no. Urgently for the purpose of my bank transaction.

I had faced a very BAD issue with Kohinoor Technical Institute for which we would need your help.

We are really fed-up with Kohinoor Technical Institute, Hapadsar. Pune Location where we are not treated properly (me and my husband). We joined the Basic Tailoring and paid Rs. 8630 fees for the same. When we had initial discussion at the time of admission, we were told that all the material will be provided by Kohinoor and student should not bring anything from home. Whereas on the first 2-Feb-2016 when we joined the class we were told to bring all the material from home (to be purchased with our own cost). I did told the same thing to Principal Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane and he told me that free material not applicable for the tailoring class, but for all other classes they are providing free material, which was shock to me.

As the classes started, we were told to start writing some notes from the handwritten, Xerox copies material, but while going through the notes we found that the information given in the notes is not appropriate as well as there are no pictorial diagrams are available for any information provided in notes.

I had a discussion with Principal Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane on the same and he told us that we need to wait till end of mar-2016 till the time teacher is not coming from leave. Basically such leaves must be planned in such a way that the study for other students is not getting disturbed.

Even Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane did not behave properly with me and my husband, they were talking with us in single term like ए मी सांगतो ते ऐक, I believe this is not the right way.
Couple of issues which we would like to escalate against Kohinoor Technical Institute @ Hadapsar, Pune Location are
1. They are making false promises and giving admission to students. - This is a best example we have gone through, where they told that training material will be provided by Kohinoor, where as afterwords we need to purchase the same.
2. They do not have a syllabus for any course about what are the things which they will teach for their different courses.
3. They do not have proper training material available, sharing the information from hand-written Xerox notes, which is not appropriate.
4. Entire hand-written Xerox training material is not having a single picture which depicts the information for the specific task / work / object.
5. They do not have a proper list available which will help student to understand the material which they needs to purchase before joining the class.
6. If the teacher is going on leave then thy should plan the replacement in advance, I am ok, if the leave is for 2 to 3 days, but if the leave is more than 3 weeks then such things must be planned well and notified to students. Currently our teacher is on leave from 7-Mar-2016 to 30-Mar-2016.
7. Many a time we tried to contact Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane over the phone, but they were not picking up the phone or not even responding to our SMS. I am still having the SMS's available in our mobile, which I can easily showcase.
8. Our Class timings are 10:00am to 12:00pm, in which we always want to meet Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane, but he never come before 12:00pm in office, so it is really hard to catch hold of him, as he is not available in institute as well as not picking up the phone or giving the call back.
9. In institute there is Usha Automatic Sewing Machine available, which no one allows to use, if you are taking the class for fashion design, then how student will do the fashion design on normal machines.
10. Getting the statements from Principal like below are truly not accepted and insulting for anyone.
a. ए मी सांगतो ते ऐक
b. ज्या दिवसापासून ह्यांना / ह्याला एडमिशन दिली त्या दिवसापासून पनौती लागली
c. कोणत्या मुर्हुतावर ह्यांना एडमिशन दिली
11. Even though we told that we will join the class from 1-Feb-2016 onwards, we were asked to pay the fees in advance just to ensure that the specific target given to the institute will get achieved.
12. Not really sure why can’t the notes can be order immediately from any other Kohinoor office available in Pune and why should student wait for the corrected notes till 30-Mar-2016. Seems like each Kohinoor Institute is having their own created notes used and there is no centralized notes are mechanism available.
13. We asked for the email id for Chandrakant Sonawane and he did not gave it to us and told us that whatever we can do, go ahead and do that.
14. When I had a first discussion with Mr. Chandrakant on the material not given that time itself the suggestions were given from our side are
a. You should be clearly communicate to students that other than the fees they needs to pay extra on material, so that the poor students can plan the course joining accordingly.
b. Kohinoor should get all the notes created computerized, considering the current environment.
c. Syllabus must be given to student before joining the class, so he/she can understand what they will learn.
d. Specific list for the material must be created and distributed to students, so that they will know the expenses as well as the items to purchase.
e. Anyhow, it seems like Kohinoor do not need suggestions and do not want to improve, this we have observe based on our discussion with Principal Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane, which is BAD.
Now considering the fight happened with Principal Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane, we do not want to continue the course with Kohinoor Technical Institute. During my discussion with Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane he told he us that we need to wait till 30-Mar-2016 till the time teacher comes back from leave, till that time he won't able to help in anyway.
We truly believe that we have done a biggest mistake after joining the Kohinoor Technical Institute as you do have any proper structure for any courses and there is no information available in the class. We really believe that if we could have joined the classes locally outside then we could have gain more knowledge than the Kohinoor Technical Institute, because considering the information shared with us it seems like we are working in 70's century where no one was even using the typewriter and the hand-written notes were given to the students. If I could have join the classes available outside then i could have paid half of the fees that what i have paid to Kohinoor and must have gained the practical knowledge.
I am also now submitting the application for return for my money to Kohinoor Technical Institute @ Hadapsar. Pune Location, appreciated if you could help to give me the refund back. Not sure if would get the fees back.
