Kohinoor Televideo — complaint against kohinoor televideo pvt ltd (andheri west) & lg for faulty lg 65"led

Dear sir/madam,

Name the appliance : lg led 65uf850-65
Model : 65uf850t

Appliance taken : 65’’ led, 43’’ led, washing machine & owen all from kohinoor televideo and of lg brand.

I bought the above mentioned item from your shop on 28th apr’17 and it has serious defects. (Photos attached). Also i had asked for the delay in delivery as well.
Post this the delivery was done on 13th may’17 (Approx.) by 3 guys to address given to the kohinoor televideo pvt ltd (Andheri [west]), and as my house renovation was not done, hence i didn’t call the lg personnel to mount the led’s.

Post when my house renovation was done than i shifted all my appliances to my goregaon house with the help of skilled workers and in my presence all the things were transported properly to my house.
And then i called the lg personnel (Hemant mohgam -[protected]) to mount the led, they came and then the 43’’ inches led was mounted and post that 65” inches which happened to be a fault piece and then i was asked by the lg personnel to call the dealer and i did the same as told to me. (The worst call center guys ever). The lg personnel also told me that this will get replaced.
Post this i was continuously calling to kohinoor helpline to resolve the issue but in vein, than one more technician (I believe he was from kohinoor) had come to see the led.
There was so many calls done to the call center and the all the mobiles number were updated but still there was a reply from the lg team that kohinoor guys had not given them the mobile number.

Than from the sms i got a toll free number for lg, which i had got regarding my complaint which stated is my query closed, i logged a complaint on the lg call center team which is again a pathetic one. The sms stated that mr abhishek was supposed to come and address my complaint and for which he didn’t turn up so i called the lg call center again and i got the area manager's number (B shekar : [protected]) and i called him but his call was diverted to abhishek’s number and he said that i am on holiday and i ended up with no solution.
Than after continuous follow up one more technician came and he seen the product and without telling me anything, he reported that the product is broken and this cannot be replaced. (I bet if anyone sees the photo only won’t say that the product is broken).
Firstly the customer service for both (Lg & kohinoor) is totally pathetic, i had a hell of a time to coordinate for the product which is from my hard earn money.
The first two technician didn’t even mention anything about the broken piece, but the last technician (Ganesh jangam) i don’t understand without telling me anything he reported its broken also post the opening of the box by the l:g personnel i didn’t even touched the led or the box, but when ganesh was taken the photos of the box and thermocol, i realized that the thermocol is also faulty.
The first lg personnel also should have taken the photos of the box and thermocol and which he did not,, which clearly shows that this is done on purpose. And now the lg people are saying that this cannot be replaced this was the first reason given to me that they are saying about the 45 days policies and this cannot be replaced please contact the dealer.
Then i went to the dealer and i met anil dsouza and he assured us i will speak to the management and will try to figure out this issue, he also promised that he will also give me my surprise gift (A headset – i think it’s around 10000 grands, i just over heard) & and my complimentary vessels which were not given during the delivery and for which he was supposed to be calling me and telling me about the status, but he also didn’t, wherein i had to call up and ask about the status for which i got a reply that company is saying no for the replacement, again totally pathetic & unacceptable customer service. I am actually frustrated with no proper response after waiting & calling to both the companies and i would definitely take this forward. (All the recording and photos attached).

I understand that i am entitled to expect things i buy to be of acceptable quality. The led i bought does not reach this standard considering the problems i have had.
I am therefore asking you for a refund of the 214000/- i paid for the led [or to replace the item with another in good working order].
A copy of my receipt is enclosed.
