I bought a Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from Kohinoor Lokhandwala branch on 1st Match 2021.
It worked ok for the first week and then it started giving problems. It stopped working after 3 to 5 mins..at times it didn't start at all.
I went to Kohinoor asking for replacement but they said they were helpless and that they will raise a complaint with Eureka Forbes. Accordingly they raised a complaint.
To my horror a aquaguard technician landed up to service the vaccum cleaner..( I also own your aquaguard) ..the machine didn't start at all in his presence, but he said he cannnot do anything and that he will forward it to the concerned dept.
I lodged another complaint with Eureka Forbes.
Complaint no [protected], The techinician visited my place and said that since the machine has started malfunctioning within one month of purchase it could be replaced. But I should take up the matter with the dealer namely Kohinoor.
It is my understanding that for a faulty product dealer and the manufacture both are liable. It doesn't look good on either of them not to help a customer for a faulty product
So kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
I hope you will do the needful and have the machine replaced asap.
