Kohinoor televideo - kandivali west sv road office I wanted automatic washing machine for which we paid 1000 rs advance. When we went for full payment we got to know that this fully automatic machine will not work at our home since we do not have a water force. When we asked for cash back they gave us a credit note. Now when i went for utilising this note manager disagree to give credit as the product was of kohinoor lifestyle and credit note only accept kohinoor televideo products.
