I purchased the HP Printer from your store on 09/01/2022 and I was attended to by Mr. Nitin KHAPRE Mob No. [protected]/[protected].
Please find attached the Invoice for Rs. 23, 865.
The machine was to be delivered next day but was given on 12th Jan 2022.
The machine was not working from the moment it came. When we informed Mr Khapre, he sent the HP person for installation after 5 days of reminders.
The Hp person checked and confirmed it is a hardware problem and the machine is not working and please find attached his report.
When we informed Mr Khapre, he said he will send the HP technician to make a report and have the machine replaced with a new one or refund the money. The HP technician came and confirmed the printer is not working and recommended replacement as per his report attached.
Even after that, Mr Khapre did not reply to our request to refund the money so we went to the Store on 21st Jan 2022 and returned the printer but even though it was 3.54pm, Mr Khapre was not in the Store and even though his colleague called him that customers are waiting, he took half an hour to come and though we asked for refund, he started insisting that we take a new printer which is not the same Model. He was very rude and said that refunds are very difficult and refused to help at all.
So now you have my money as well as the faulty printer.
This is very unprofessional of your company and if you have such employees as Mr Nitin Kharpe who is the IT head, i would never enter your store.
I am the Director of Summit Healthcare Pvt Ltd and in the past 3 years I purchased a lot of Electronics for my 2 new houses. Even then, there was some hiccups but i let it go.
But this rude behaviour is unacceptable when there are online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart where you get refunds with no questions asked.
Request you to refund my money and take some action on your employee for all this trouble.
