I had booked Hitachi refrigerator on April 3 2021 vide sales order KTPL -ORD00078824. I had paid advance of Rs 20, 000 with a request for delivery on 21st April . Due to sudden lock down, I am trying to reach the customer help line on 61636464 since 20th April but nobody is picking . I want to be guided about my final payment and delivery of fridge .
