Kohler — No support on replacement warranty nor response

I had purchased kohler fittings for my newly purchased home in 2019 from adenwala store in santacruz west. I had purchased gold and rose gold coloured fittings. I asked about cleaning solution and i was told it will be available within 4 months. While purchasing i was told it has 10 years warranty against rust and colour or any other issue. 1 year back i had called the store adenwala from where i purchased the fittings he told me to contact the brand kohler for further any claims or warranty or any issue so i called the kohler customare care and asked about the cleaning solution for my fittings i was told it will be available soon.
Now recently i m facing colour issue and water marks issue on my kohler taps so again i called kohler customare care Mr. Rohit who is the head there, he told me to wipe with wet cloth for 7 days and it will go or else let us know we will solve the issue and i said ok.
I tried for 7 days but still the marks or colour fading issue isnt gone so i tried calling but no response nor the cleaning solution is available. Its been 2 years i have been fooled by the brand kohler regarding the warranty and cleaning solution.
I am trying to contact kohler brand from last 10 days through mail as there is no proper response on phone. They just asked for contact number and issue and told will contact but neither they have contacted through mail nor phone nor replying to mails.
Please take strict action against this fraud of kohler brand for all warranty and replacement claims made by kohler.

I want replacement for all the fittings with issue or refund for the fittings.

I hope you will take the matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
