Kohler — On ess shown pf settled but not credit in account

I applied to withdraw my pf on 28th june then my amount credited in my account on 29th june then i again applied on 1st july but now haven’t got amount but shown on ess that it is credited and pf amount is also debited so please let me know the reason.
