Hello sir I have ordered an item from AliExpress it's a low price earphone to gift my brother his birthday is coming near
At 31/10/19 the product received in destination country (Kolkata Air foreign building)
But they holder the product for unknown reason
As it is a very low price product, lite in weight also package should be small in size as it's only a cheap priced earphone

The parcel in question was registered for despatch on 6/09/2019 under tracking No. RW[protected]IN. While tracking the parcel is still pending IN KOLKATA AIR FOREIGN LCO building in Kolkata, India without disclosing any reason. The parcel contains academic documents for higher studies for which the university sought for. Now even after a lapse of more than one month, no progress is seen in delivery process.

This has become a master of grave concern as the delay will mean loss of academic year for which the concern department in charge of delivery service is responsible.

Kindly expedite they matter with your justification, failing to do so and in the event of rejection by the university due to delay, this negligence will attract compensation for the loss of my academic year caused.

This kolkota foreign RLO building is the shining example of what is wrong with India today. Absolutely pathetic people. They don't even answer the phone no matter how many times you call. What have they even put up the helpline number for?? They have withheld my parcel for almost a month now without any reason or update, as they have some with so many other people. What a bunch of frauds they must have working there. Shame...
