My package arrived at the KOLKATA AIR FOREIGN RLO Building on September 4, 2023, at 15:12:39 Hrs. The current status shows that it has been 'RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U' since September 5, 2023, at 17:42:43 Hrs. There has been no update on my order since then.

I kindly request you to release my package as soon as possible.

Registered parcel tracking no - LH[protected]US is pending with Kolkata Air Forcing RLO Building for last 7 days.

The status is AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S. Why it is pending for last 7 days. This is a gift item which is supposed to be gifted on 25th Dec. This is not acceptable to wait for the clearance for last 7 days.

It reached the Kolkata Air Foreign RLO Building on Friday, September 24, 2021. and its tracking status is listed as "Item Dispatched " and the next office is displayed as "CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE " on the India Post tracking portal, since then. It has been about 10 days now and there have been no updates. I have also filed a complaint on the CPGRAMS portal. The complaint ID is [hide]DPOST/E/2021/31377[/hide]

I would request you to do the needful and kindly ensure that the package is delivered with all contents present and intact. (package contains a model aircraft (non flying, static showcase display with metal and plastic parts).
