Hi team, kindly help me with my post from china with tracking number below.

Tracking number :rp[protected]cn. Actually it reached india kolkata on 5th november and no status update from then onward. Its not moving from 5th nov to till date. Kindly help me with details about when will be able to receive my order. At-least when it will processed to next level.
