I boarded the bus L238 whose number is B4 107 from barasat hatkhola. And the conductor rudely said the charge is 30 . And for my luggage I have to give additional charge of Rupee 30. I gave the 60 rupees. Then he in return gave me two tickets 28 each. I asked him why he charged extra money. He then said to get down from the bus. And then have me 4 tickets, each of 15 rupees. For a small luggage, they he took the full payment. What is even going on with the bus route? And the behavior of the staffs and how could they charge for this bags?
