Hello Team,

This is to notify you that, on Dated: 02.07.2022, Bus Name: 221 (WB04 6972), Route: Nagerbazar to Golpark.

While returning from Nager Bazar, I was having a drop at Jora Petrol Pump (Beleghata) location. I have requested to stop the bus to my designated stoppage. However, the driver and the conductor both has misbehaved with me very badly and being a girl stretched my drop location to CIT more while heavy rainfall was ongoing outside.

I would request the team to take a strict action against the above mentioned bus, the driver and the conductor too.

The bus number WB19 D 8288 has dropped me to Rajabazar instead of dropping me to CIT Beleghata.

This complain is about unauthorized charges against bus route number L238, I was travelling from Howrah station to Barasat. I had two trolley bags with me. The conductor asked me to pay 150 rupees as a charge for the ride.
I was ready to pay 28 rupees as a passenger charges and 28 rupees extra for each trolleys. The conductor refused it and asked me to leave the bus rudely.
Should I have to pay 150 rupees for luggage in a bus from howrah to Barasat!!

It was at around 8:15 at exide crossing, i was waiting for a bus. Then this e6 bus came, & without stopping it kept going. When i shouted to stop it, it slowed down a bit, & i had to board on the running bus, which is very dangerous. I asked the conductor that why are you not stopping at the bus stop? Listening to this the bus driver started shouting & abusing me, & when i opposed his rough behaviour, he started abusing me in filthy language. Few other passengers also opposed him, then he stopped.

In evening 17.3.17 at 7:02p.m I catch s9 Frm karunamoyee asusual for my night duty till medica superspecialty hospital. But wen I was abut to get down conductor told me. There is no stop age for medica, but I m a daily passanger as my office is there, all S9 stop dere in the morning. I told OK den get me down in metro chuti on curry mukundupur. As one person get down n conductor nt even given the signal to go ahead, I was supposed to get down. The bus didnt stopped. I felt my both elbows Ballygunge injured bleeding my keeps gone twisted people dere take me to side n helped be out for medical. Treatment. After seeing this the bus didnt stop also.is this the way they drive. I cld hv been died. Bhai inquires can happened. Den we gonna b Responsible for that?

In evening Slipra sealdah (RT 188) not avaliable .More people wait for this bus but bus service are not avaliable .request of people to Bus driver and conductor have no response.They continue this route as per their choice It is very important route to office passenger.This route bus servicebecome very poor after puja.As a result office passenger feel harras to this bus route. So i Reqest to take immediate steps about this matter.

Bad mini bus services
This complaint is against mini bus service of Metiabrouz to Shyam Bazar (161) mini bus.

As the passenger are gathered in this bus If Government starts 2 or 3 type of bus services in this same root All bus will be full by passenger. Government were going to start new WBSTC bus in this root but 161 no bus's driver and conductor has beaten WBSTC bus's driver and conductor. This Real accident has take place near Babughat. At a result those bus service does not start. Although these buses has started from every part of kolkata but not from Metiabrouz.

So 161 no. bus has monopoly over that route. These buses has no any competitor. Now the bus frequency has come in more than 30 minute difference, in office hour. Except office hour he has no any time table. Although the service was good in earlier days and bus use to come in between 5-7 minutes differences, but in earlier days only.

These buses are, unfortunately, extremely inefficient, and usually take an hour and forty minutes to complete a journey that should ideally take just forty five minutes. It is becoming difficult, especially for students and office workers. Though the buses leave on time, they stop at three different stoppages on the way, sometimes even for 20 minutes.

I want only passenger's safe and little bit relax journey. so if Government authority introduce at list 1 bus service in this root we all will be grateful. And if possible cease that 161 bus service.
