Kolkata Costoms — my stacked order

Please help me enyone to resolve my problem.
My order or parcel from china is arrived to india but stucked at kolkata foregin lcao from 2 months.in tracking page it is showing that retained by costoms for
Unspecified reason. Many of the contact numbers i found from internet is shaing wrong and only one number is working[protected] is working
And one person in that said first time that it will come to you in 2 to 3 days but it never reached after that when i called him then he said first we will send you a notice and then, when you will answer that notice then we will send you your product. My money ditucted also thats why iam to much tensed about my order. These all making me tensed so much please help me to solve it. Please.
