On July 23, 2023, around 4:00pm at Central metro station I took a 20 rupees note since I didn't have the change for the ticket that costed 5 bucks. One of the staff at the counter told me that he doesn't have a change and when I asked him what do I do now, he could have calmly responded in a proper manner like please wait or something but no and when I confronted him about his behaviour, he started yelling at me. Teaching me about behaviour, using the so called leverage of "I'm a 56 year old person, don't teach me about behaviour" which is ironic, I mean the older you are, shouldn't your behaviour be better? Since you're aware of how to treat people respectfully. Unfortunately, he was so rude and right after started yelling, saying things like don't waste my time and stuff. All I said was please learn to respect your customers but so disappointed. Absolutely rude staff. Unbelievable behaviour. If you're serving people at the desk, one should at least be mindful of their anger issues. Harrassing a young girl in public like that out of spite should be the least of their expected behaviours.
