On July 23, 2023, around 4:00pm at Central metro station I took a 20 rupees note since I didn't have the change for the ticket that costed 5 bucks. One of the staff at the counter told me that he doesn't have a change and when I asked him what do I do now, he could have calmly responded in a proper manner like please wait or something but no and when I confronted him about his behaviour, he started yelling at me. Teaching me about behaviour, using the so called leverage of "I'm a 56 year old person, don't teach me about behaviour" which is ironic, I mean the older you are, shouldn't your behaviour be better? Since you're aware of how to treat people respectfully. Unfortunately, he was so rude and right after started yelling, saying things like don't waste my time and stuff. All I said was please learn to respect your customers but so disappointed. Absolutely rude staff. Unbelievable behaviour. If you're serving people at the desk, one should at least be mindful of their anger issues. Harrassing a young girl in public like that out of spite should be the least of their expected behaviours. Shameful.

I often noticed that Female baggage are not checked in Xray scanner before enter in Metro station whether Security Staff are always conscious about any Mail passengers Bagage checking. I am not aware if any new Security rule updated by metro regarding this matter. But I think Security matter getting compromised by this activity!!!

Kindly tell the metro rail corporation of kolkata to increase the frequency of trains between 8-10 am between kavi subhash and dum dum.. There is unnecessarily too many trains in the opposite direction which are mostly f very few passengers and also to increase the number of ac trains as it is suffocating in non ac due to humidity..in the peak rush, i see children crushed and women being groped by some shameless guys in this crowd..

Frequent breakdowns and mishaps in kolkata metro leaves us, the daily commuters in a great trouble. The ac rakes have no inlet/outlet for air and no supply of oxygen. The authority should be sensible enough to atleast realize that it gets very difficult to even breathe. It'd be great if the authority looks into the matter and solves it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Train are too rush.It is not possible to get in to the train,And I[censored] get a place to stand then it is impossible to get out.
