I have had a very bad experience today at the Kavi Nazrul metro station. There was an old male staff who was dispensing our tokens. The person gave us a torn 10 rupee notes which I politely asked him to change as it will not be accepted else where. He said that it will work, I requested him once again and also told him that I have been living in Kolkata for four years and have learnt that no one will accept a torn note. He then asked me to return all the tokens and chased me away. Why such rude behavior just for a small issue that could have been solved easily? Unacceptable but I also know that the concerned authorities will not do anything against it. Well done Kolkata. Was this information helpful? |
