I ordered Rakhi with chocolate and Puja thali after confirmation that it will delivered in 3 days on 5 Aug 17 early mornin 9:40 Am. Delivery location was also in Serampore kolkata itself. But after 5 days, Rakhi festival passed then also not delivered. while call to customer care, they respond very rudely. In future i ever suggest any one to deliver any thing via this website.
