I ordered Rakhi with chocolate and Puja thali after confirmation that it will delivered in 3 days on 5 Aug 17 early mornin 9:40 Am. Delivery location was also in Serampore kolkata itself. But after 5 days, Rakhi festival passed then also not delivered. while call to customer care, they respond very rudely. In future i ever suggest any one to deliver any thing via this website. Also god know this item delivery happen or not....

I ordered a cake for my mother and obviously it was not delivered. The recipient mobile number is [protected]. The customer care executive was RUDE and kept lying that the order was delivered. When I asked that who signed the counterfoil, the Customer Care threatened to disconnect the call. The fifth time that we called they said "it is on the way".
