I booked a parcel from VARRACHA road S.O in surat with consignment number CG[protected]IN on 07/01/2023. It was supposed to reach by 14/01/2023 but the last update was Item was dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on the 18th morning and no updates after that.
how can it take more than 5 days to deliver the parcel in the same city(Kolkata)?
horrible experience and get disappointed.
