My Indian speed post courier tracking number: EU[protected]IN has been received by Kolkata RMS mails tmo on 24th Sept 2023, but there is no updates on dispatching from that place and it’s been more than 48 hours. I needed that parcel to reach as soon as possible....

My postal current status was dispatched from Kolkata Rms Mails Tmo office but it was same for the past 4 days. It has already been one week it was packed and by this date the parcel should got delivered. Could you please inform me still how long does it take to reach Guwahati?

I have booked parcel with consignment number CM[protected]IN from Mohamadwadi S.O to Port Blair, A&N Islands on 28 July 2023 but the parcel is stuck at Kolkata RMS Mails TMO since 5 Aug 2023.
I have raised customer complaint also with complaint number [protected] on 10 Aug 2023 but till now didn't receive any acknowledgment.
I want to know what happened to my parcel and deliver it asap.

It’s been 4 days since my consignment EE[protected]IN landed in Kolkata RMS mails TMO receives my package and it’s still not dispatched yet and there is no information about it at all i want it to be delivered as soon as possible i have already waited for 15 days and i cannot any longer for the irresponsibility of the staff I really want the package please get it delivered soon and send it to Bangalore soon i want this resolved soon and how hard is it to get the work done this is not a good service to provide to customers at all i want my package to be delivered as soon as possible thank you!

On April 16, 2022, an international package was sent to Russia from the Badanganj SO post office.
On April 19, the package was dispatched to Kolkata RMS Mails TMO.
After that, according to the track number, there was no information about the status of the delivery of the parcel. There is also no information on this track number in the Russian postal system.

I have a registered parcel from Bangalore to Imphal. Normally Parcel will deliver within 7 to 10 days. But Delivered parcel is still showing dispatched from Kolkota TMO mail on 9/04/2022. after this no update is available. So, kindly help me to get my parcel as soon as possible and provide me information about where is my parcel now.

The package was received at 27/03/2022 and dispatched at 28th March early morning from RMS Mails TMO and the item has not yet reached the delivery address. There has been no update since.

Since my delivery postal code is 700079, it should have been delivered by now.

My friend had send me my baggages from Bidhannagar CC block Post Office, Kolkata, West Bengal to Kolasib, Mizoram Post Office(796081)on[protected] and the tracking status showed that it had been dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mails TMO the next day[protected] but there is no update on the tracking system after that. It has been almost a month now and there is no news or any updates regarding my packages. The tracking no is CW[protected]IN.

I would be very grateful if you could ensure that my packages are delivered as soon as possible as they are stuffs that i need on the daily basis.

Consignment no. EW[protected]IN booked in KOLKATA GPO on 28.6.2021. But it has stuck in Kolkata RMS mails TMO from 7.9.2021. After that there are no updation about this consignment. It is very important document of mine. Please look into this matter and help me to get the document as soon as possible.
