Kolkata Rms Mails Tmo — Item dispatched on 7th Oct,2021 has not yet reached the destination till date I.e 31st, October with no tracking status updated.

My friend had send me my baggages from Bidhannagar CC block Post Office, Kolkata, West Bengal to Kolasib, Mizoram Post Office(796081)on[protected] and the tracking status showed that it had been dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mails TMO the next day[protected] but there is no update on the tracking system after that. It has been almost a month now and there is no news or any updates regarding my packages. The tracking no is CW[protected]IN.

I would be very grateful if you could ensure that my packages are delivered as soon as possible as they are stuffs that i need on the daily basis.
