Kolkata Rms Mails Tmo — My parcel got dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO and missing after it

I am still waiting for a reply from your side to my complaint. ARE YOU WORKING ON MY COMPLAINT WHICH I DID ON 22 JANUARY? my parcel has been in Kolkata for about 10 days now. but Kolkata RMS is not delivering my parcel. They are not working on my problem.
