I booked a parcel from VARRACHA road S.O in surat with consignment number CG[protected]IN on 07/01/2023. It was supposed to reach by 14/01/2023 but the last update was Item was dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mail TMO on the 18th morning and no updates after that.
SRM sir of Kolkata RMS is not enough serious about that and not working on resolving my problems
