Kolors — Cancel and refund

I registered for a weight loss treatment worth ₹80, 000 based on a promise of 30 kg reduction in 60 sessions. After reviewing medical facts and reviews, I believe this was misleading. I do not wish to continue and request immediate cancellation of the service.

I have not started any actual treatment. Please stop all future EMI deductions and refund my initial payment.

If not resolved within 7 days, I will file a complaint with the District Consumer Forum and my EMI finance company.
