Kolors — Hair Consultation Treatment

Hi I'm Gowtham, I consulted kolors on 13 July 2022. I was told to get various blood reports and ECG post Which reports didn't go well.
I payed 68000 I don't want to undergo surgery due to my health condition so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank. And it was EMI option with 0% or no cost EMI, But I'm charged with 18% which is around 75000.
please do needful.

I have heard no response and i have not taken any treatment, so i want to get the amount refunded.
its more than what the amount Kolors told which is around 78 thousand and my health is not supportive to Undergo any surgery/treatment.
Please can this be checked ASAP.
