Dear Sir/madam,
1. I am writing to request a refund for the weight lose of your program and service for which I paid a total amount - 30000/- (Thiry thousand only) dated 29 July 2025 Reference ID [protected] and Invoice/Order No -SEC/290725/1891 dt 29 July 2025.
2. I visited kolors karkhana branch consultant advised/promised as package 30000/- for 30 session and 15 kg weight loose in two months, I paid 30000/- on same day
3. I was keep ongoing the treatment weekly twice, the treatment have not shown any visible improvement in my weight loose the staff misleading as the promised outcomes did not align the actual results delivered but my actual weight is not reduced in two months. Even I’m maintaining proper diet, and proper follows instruction of dietitian after date that I am completely disappointed to kolors health care.
4. I am requesting this refund on the grounds of “deficiency of service and engaging in unfair practice “. I hereby to me refund with compensation for waste petrol/amount (New Bowenpally to kolors and back 12 km) and waste of time by kolors. .
As you know kolors online policy states that “No refund will be given after payment is mode” However multiple consumer commission in India have ruled that non- refund policy constitutes an unfair trade practice under the consumer protection act 2019.
These courts have consistently ordered Kolors to issue refund when services were not adequately provided.
Date 17/10/2025 Time 12:50 AM i went for refund application submission at kolors office but kolors staff not received my application. kolors staff told me you can complaint anyhere we can't refund to our protocol. Was this information helpful? |
