Complaint marked as Resolved Hi I'm Santhakumari. I joined kolors Health Care Pvt Ltd in 19.08.2022 Perambur Periyar Nagar Branch. I started for weight loosing treatment. I payed 40000. I want to stop my sessions because they are not doing proper way treatment for Heating. I got many blisters issues in my stomach, Thigh and knee.And also I got ( High Blood Pressure), so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount.Still no response from any one call me. And also my Counsellor Mrs. Supriya. Already No Physio Doctor in Perambur Branch. She resigned her job. one and half month no Physio Doctor in Perambur Periyar Nagar Branch. no proper response from the branch and there is no co- ordination by the office member regarding updates, such a poor management. How will be my treatment of this the way of approach with customers. No use of these weight loss treatment. Waste of time. Daily my travelling time 2 hours, and treatment time 1 hour. Totally 3 hours waste. So i have requested for refund. I attached blister image, heat session chart, Total treatment chart.
Kolors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
That's why I want to cancel my treatment order But they can't refund my money
But I have already paid 14000 in first consultant on 7/Feb/2024.
After that I did not want to take treatment from Kolors. So I asked for my money back. But they said they can't refund my money.
As I did not receive any treatment I have the right to ask for my money back.
But they say we have mentioned in the billing that we will not refund your money
