Hi Sir/Madam, I am Indraja from Bangalore. I have joined Kolors for weight loss treatment on Dec 2020, Started EMIs on Feb-2021, due to covid restrictions the treatment started later after 3-4months, there is no results for me from the treatment and they have not provided a good service and forced to pay extra money for the treatment. I have paid the amount of Rs 12000 through EMIs and still i am paying without any use of the treatment. i have been asking for Refund or return what i have paid or stop the EMI's but there is no response from thier side.
