Myself is ranjith here from mysore, i had enrolled for a "skin pigmentation-peel" treatment from your kuvempunagar, mysore branch. And i had one sitting before the covid-19 lock down. I am deeply disappointed to send this mail pointing out the shere negligence and unprofessional behaviour of kolors health care. I have been constantly calling your good office post covid-19 lock down relaxation for an appointment and they kept postponing it and never bothered to call back and inform me of the same or atleast schedule the new date for my sitting. At the same time i am also not happy with the safety measures you are followed by you in your unit, so i hereby request you to kindly refund the money i have paid (Rs 18000/-).
