I had visited your Kolors branch located at Puliakulam Road, Papanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore on[protected] for a weight reduction program. The payment mode was through Bajaj Finance in EMI mode.

However, I regret to inform you that the treatment did not suit me. I began experiencing frequent spells of giddiness shortly after the sessions began. Despite informing your staff of my discomfort and expressing my intent to withdraw, I was encouraged to continue with a second session in the hope that the issue would resolve.

Unfortunately, the giddiness worsened after the second sitting. Upon consulting my family doctor, I was advised to discontinue the treatment as it is not compatible with my health condition, especially considering my age (52 years).

In light of the above, I sincerely request you to kindly permit me to withdraw from the program on medical grounds. I am also willing to make a cash payment for the two sessions I have attended. I kindly request that this be processed at the earliest, preferably before the first EMI installment, to avoid any complications or misunderstandings.
