Kolors — Loan Cancellation is not considered

Hi this is Sathya S, I have came for a skin treatment on[protected] done a consultation for my skin, then I booked for a acne peel service for me and my brother with kolors than I have taken emi loan for me 40000 and for my brother 20000. with Bajaj finance due to financial issues I can't able to continue the service so I want to cancel my service and I request to cancel my emi loan with Bajaj finance. i have requested many times from day 2, the manager is not acepting my request saying cancellation is not available, help me to cancel this loan is big amount for me
