my daughter is taking cool crio treatment at koloars, madurai since october 2019. we are yet to finish our sessions. i need your immediate help. i bring the following to your kind attention sir,
durilng september 19 itself i remitted part of cool crio charges and availed load with AFL/ram thirth loan agency through kolors madurai for Rs.1, 47500/-. totally 10 instalments and i remitted initially two instalments Rs.29500 at madurai kolors by atm card swiping and remaining 8 installments started from oct 2019 to May 2020 (Rs, 15242/- every month with interest).. i completed my loan. but the ramthir agency send demand for the 9th month june 2020 to my bank account. due to medical expenses i spend more money and don't have money in my account and and cheque bounced. on enquiry it revealed that madurai koloars already received rs.29500/- towards 2 instalments have hided that fact to the loan agency and client and kept my money Rs.14750/- unnecessarily with them and directed the loan agency for 9 instalments. hence they demand additionally assuming that i remitted only one instalment at the initial stage. as of now they demand me for the remittance. as i have no money now. request you sir, kindly direct your madurai kolors branch to refund the amount Rs.14750/- immediately to me and enable me to settle my loan. otherwise i have to face serious problems. i expect immediate and sincere response from your good self. Admin Hari kishore, nithya, head Anu are not properly responding for refund of my money. in this Corona season i could not immediately visit centre. so kindly help your client sir
