I am filing this complaint against Kolors Anantapur branch for their negligent and unprofessional behaviour regarding my mother’s membership cancellation.
2. My mother, Mrs. K. Bharathi, joined Kolors Anantapur in October through Bajaj Finance, but due to a major family medical emergency, we are unable to continue the service.
3. Both my parents met with a serious accident on October 26, and my father had to undergo spinal cord surgery, resulting in severe financial hardship.
4. We informed Kolors Anantapur immediately and requested cancellation of the membership and EMI, but they have not taken any action so far.
5. The staff at the Anantapur branch are behaving irresponsibly — they disconnect calls, do not respond properly, and are refusing to support us during a genuine emergency.
6. Despite repeated requests, the branch has not cancelled the membership or stopped the EMI deductions.
7. This behaviour shows clear negligence, lack of customer support, and violation of basic consumer rights.
8. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against Kolors Anantapur and ensure immediate cancellation of the membership and EMI. Was this information helpful? |
